Buckler Property Group has officially welcomed Theatre Safe Australia as a long-term client to Anisar Court Business Hub in Molendinar, having secured a 5-year initial lease on a 1,300m² warehouse with a premium corporate office.

Founded in 2014 on the Gold Coast by Stuart Johnston, Theatre Safe Australia (TSA) has grown into the nation’s only end-to-end provider of set design, production support, safety compliance equipment, and inspection services for the live entertainment and events industry.
With an additional 5,500m² of warehousing space spread across Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney, Theatre Safe Australia is a shining example of Gold Coast-born entrepreneurship with a national and international footprint.
“We are now working on projects across Asia and Europe,” said Johnston.
“We’ve just completed the full suite of staging elements for the Beetlejuice musical opening in Melbourne this month — automation, rigging, set painting, set electrics, scenery building, and drapes — the first time a company has delivered such a broad scope of services for a production in Australia.”

Although Theatre Safe Australia has operated from Anisar Court since 2019 under a sublease arrangement, the team has now upgraded into a larger facility within the same precinct — a testament to the site’s value and convenience.
“We love this premises in Molendinar,” Johnston added.
“The location is one of the best places for us to operate from, being perfectly positioned to service both north and south of the Gold Coast region. And access to the highway is brilliant.”
