Acquired by Buckler Property Group in 2004 and with an extension constructed in 2005, the no frills 29 Jade Drive transport depot continues to perform. Russell Transport, a 100-year-old Southeast Queensland based family business has occupied the premises since 2018, using the depot to transport liquor for BWS, owned by liquor giant Endeavour Group.
