DHL Express approached Buckler Property Group needing their first Gold Coast facility to service from the Gold Coast down to the mid-north Coast of NSW. Anisar Business Hub was chosen for its “prime location”, as described by then CEO of DHL Express Oceania, Gary Edstein. BPG worked alongside the DHL Express property team from start to finish to deliver this purpose-built logistics facility within a swift seven month build time.
