The Gold Coast region franchisee of Dubai headquartered logistics giant Aramex (then in the process of transitioning from the Fastway Couriers brand it had acquired in 2016) approached Buckler Property Group seeking a new warehouse and office to greatly expand their Gold Coast courier service.
Serendipitously around the same time, Polyaire, an existing tenant of BPG at Anisar Court Business Hub, was looking for a new warehouse and office for their own expansion. Polyaire is one of Australia’s leading wholesalers and manufacturers of HVAC systems, with its headquarters in Adelaide.
BPG worked concurrently with both parties to design and construct their new premises at 7 Resources Court, Molendinar.
