Buckler worked closely with global logistics provider Mainfreight to deliver this high specification transport and logistics facility in the heart of Helensvale’s thriving industrial precinct.
This high-quality build began with a very detailed brief from Mainfreight which incorporated elements such as unique raised internal loading docks along two sides of the warehouse, full height tilt panel construction, numerous sustainability features providing 365 days ‘off grid’ capability as well as a 15 meter all weather awning.
The site boasts seamless connectivity to the Pacific Highway (M1), Coomera Connector (Second M1) under construction, Gold Coast Highway and Smith Street arterial and is a short walk to Westfield shopping centre and Helensvale light and heavy rail stations.
